Next week we will return to the love series. This week I want to take some time to promote my upcoming life course, ‘Healing Through Forgiveness.’ Below is a synopsis of the system and what you can expect to receive.
Forgiveness is a term often thrown around like candy. Many view forgiveness as an acute action meant to be carried out quickly, with a happy ending. How often have you heard “Forgive and move on” or “Why are you still angry; I thought you forgave them?” In my world, forgiveness does not happen quickly; and does not always result in kindness.
Through this life course, we will discover the myths people tell about forgiveness. We will learn the five steps to forgiveness and moving past the pain. We will all walk away, understanding that forgiveness is about me and not the other person. Finally, I will walk us through a real-life exercise where I put the items I learned into practice and explain how I had to do my work to forgive.
